• Alcohol Content: Approximately 13.50%

TASTING NOTES

• Color: Ruby red with good concentration.
• Aroma: Intense with evident fruity notes, including wild berries and cherry, complemented by hints of vanilla
• Palate: Full and round with persistent flavors. It has a good tannic structure, silky tannins, and bright acidity. The oak is well integrated, adding to the complexity
• Finish: Long and persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING

• This wine pairs wonderfully with roasted red and white meats, and cheeses, particularly "Pecorino di Pienza"
