The Lasanta begins with the giraffe-high stills, which yield a deliciously delicate and fruity spirit. and it been mature 10 years in bourbon cask and the last 2 years in sherry casks.

Nose - sweet and fruity notes, vanilla and some chocolate covered raisin.

Palate - a light to medium body taste, remind me of citrus orange and light wood spices 

Finish - medium finish, bring back dark fruit and nutty like walnuts and again orange
