Mature in a range of cask including American white oak, Oloroso sherry casks and French burgundy casks before being blended back together in exact quantities

Nose - brings out dried fruits like blackberries, cherries and some chocolate and coffee

Palate - Robust, fruity and full of blackberries and remind me of bramble jelly

Finish - a long and gentle finish and some spices that hit me of the after taste
