When their lease at Aberlour expired in 1839 the brothers John and James Grant moved down the road to Rothes and built a new distillery (originally named Drumbain), the first distillery in this village. from the outset it was described as 'one of the most extensive distilleries in the north'.
MAde by the longest serving Master Distiller in Scotland, Dennis Malcolm, Glen Grant 15 Years Old single Malt Scotch Whisky was aged for long 15 Years in hand-selected first-fill Ex-Bourbon American Oak casks.
Nose - Honey and orchard fruit, bring out some lemon peel and ripe pear.
Palate - Syrupy sweet, more sweet like candies that brings out some marshmallow and vanilla cake.
Finish - Medium length, slightly bitter with some spice and oak char
