Bunahabhain. The name is a tongue twister, pronounced as 'Bunn-na-ha-venn', and means 'mouth of river' in scots Gaelic. Toiteach A Dhà pronounced as 'Toch-ach ah-ghaa' meaning 'smoky two' in Scots Gaelic. Matured in both Ex-Bourbon Cask and Ex-Sherry Cask, with a higher sherry influence than Toiteach, this is a delicate mix of smoke and sweet sherry fruit.
Nose - Dry smoke and cold ashes, not a peat bomb but with with some lemon zest and light sherry brings balance
Palate - smokey and sea slaty, with cooked apples and brings some mints ginger as well
Finish - Medium, some tobacco leaf and sometimes coffee beans
