Pronounced "Awe-khen-tosh-en", Auchentoshan is a Scottish Gaelic word that means "The corner of a field", and according to Dundas, the distillery was built in 1823 in the outskirts of Glasgow. The Auchentoshan 18 is triple distilled and is matured in Ex-sherry and Ex-bourbon cask for over 18 Years. 

Nose - Toasty oak and vanilla spice, lovely grassiness and some tobacco leaf 

Palate - Toasty vanilla and dark nuts that remind of toasted almond 

Finish - soft finish, caramel and little custard and fresh flowers
