Nose - a big smoky and muscular peat notes that hit my nose first, salty and iodine flavour came after. there were some sweetness after a few more smell.

Palate - Seaweed, hit of vanilla sweet and it remind me of aid box. of the peat and some smoke whiff

Finish - savoury, build up with iodine and finish with black pepper spice. if there were some oyster to pair with will be great!
