The father of Japanese whisky, Shinjiro Torrii founded Suntory distillery in 1899. And In year 1989 Suntory establish a Japanese blended whisky name "Hibiki" meaning "resonance" or "harmony" in Japanese. And In 2016, Hibiki 21 years Old won the World's best Blended whisky award. 

Nose - Notes of cherry and sherry with malt, peat smoke and oak combining for maximum complexity

Palate - oily ; like the nose hinting slightly at bourbon

Finish - Long and intense with more smoke and a build up of drier, spicier oak
