Aberfeldy means "mouth of the Peallaidh".The first element of the name is the Pictish word aber "river mouth". Peallaidh, which in Gealic means 'shaggy'. The Aberfeldy 16 was finish in Madeira cask.

Nose - Fresh Apple puree, with some floral notes 

Palate - Vanilla fudge and some butterscotch

Finish - toffee and aromatic spice lingering, gentle oak as well
