Nose - Rich sherry character, darkly fruited, warm spices, and vanilla fudge.

Palate - Sticky dates, fruit cake, treacle tart, candied orange, barley and sultanas.

Finish - Long and smooth, dark brown sugar, with caramelized almonds, grapes, nuts and vanilla.
